摘要
从认识创新人才成长规律和科学自身发展规律入手,阐述了现行的应试教育、科研评审与考评制度以及价值观对科技创新形成的三大障碍。
Starting from understanding the innovative talents' growing regularity and the developing law of the science its own, this paper expounds that the existing examination-orlented education, the scientific research evaluating system and the sense of worth have become three big barriers.for the sci-tech innovation.
