Discussion on the Countermeasures for Giving Full Play to University Higher-post Personnel's Latent Capacity in Scientific Research

通过对高校科研现状的分析,提出了发挥高校高职人员,特别是中青年高职人员科研潜能的对策。

Through the analysis on the present situation of university＇s scientific research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for giving full play to the latent capacity of university higher-post personnel, especially the young and middle-aged higher-post personnel in scientific research.
