阐述了漳山电厂一期工程2×300MW机组同步安装两套正压浓相紊流双套管气力除灰系统调试、运行过程中出现的问题,分析了出现这些问题的原因,并提出了解决方法,同时总结了一些运行维护的经验,以给系统的安全稳定运行提供参考。

This paper expounds some problems occurring in the debugging and operating courses of two sets of the positive pneumatic ash removal system erected synchronously with 2×300 MW unit in the first-stage construction of the Zhangshan Power Plant, analyzes on the causes of these problems, and puts forward some solving methods, and sums up some experiences of operation and maintenance, providing reference for the safe and stable operation of the system.
