慢性硬膜下血肿术后并发症的探讨

The causes of postoperative complications in chronic subdural hematoma

目的分析慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)钻孔引流术(BH ID)后并发症发生的原因。方法回顾性分析我院1995年1月—2004年12月经钻孔冲洗治疗的118例CSDH病人的临床资料。结果全组治愈117例,死亡1例。出现其它并发症10例。其中血肿复发3例,癫痫发作及脑卒中各3例,张力性气颅1例。结论BH ID治疗CSDH较为安全,但仍有一些并发症和一定的死亡率。

Objective To analyze the cause of postoperative complications after burr-hole craniostomy in chronic subdural hematoma （CSDH）. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 118 patients with CSHD treated gy burr-hole craniostomy in recent 10 years. Resuits 117 patients completely recovered after burr-hole craniostomy. One cases of patients died. 10 patients had postoperative complications. 3 patients of hematoma recurred. Conclusion Although the treatment of CSDH with burr-hole craniostomy is a safe and simple method, postoperative complications may be encounted and mortality still exist in some patients.
