新形势下金融支持高等教育产业发展的思考

Reflections on the Development of Higher Education Enterprises Supported by Banks in the New Situation

资金的严重不足成了制约当前高等教育进一步发展的瓶颈之一,而银行等金融机构的不良资产结构及资金的有效供给相对不足又是金融市场改革所必须解决的问题。金融市场与高等教育市场的相互介入可以达到“双赢”效果。本文首先论证了金融市场与高等教育市场相结合的必要性和可行性,提出了对高校高科技产业进行风险投资、为高校提供项目融资、向高校师生提供中间业务服务、提供助学贷款等具有实际意义的建议和措施。

The serious fund shortage has become one of the bottlenecks in the development of higher education at present. And the bad capital structure and fund shortage of banks are the problems to be solved in the reform of financial market. The union of both financial market and higher education market will be beneficial to both sides. This paper proves the necessity and feasibility of the union, and puts forward some practical suggestions and measures that banks should invest in the high technology enterprises of colleges and universities, and offer loans for their projects and students.
