胰头肿块型慢性胰腺炎的诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Pancreatitis with Mass in the Head of the Pancreas

目的探讨胰头肿块型慢性胰腺炎的诊断和治疗。方法对19例胰头肿块型慢性胰腺炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前均不能排除胰头癌。19例均行胰十二指肠切除术,术中探查均显示肿物位于胰脏,与周围组织粘连,术后病理证实为慢性胰腺炎。术后发生胰漏2例,其余恢复顺利,效果良好。结论慢性胰腺炎被认为是癌前病变。胰十二指肠手术切除是一种合理治疗方法。

[Objective] To explore the diagnosis and treatment of chronic panereatitis with mass in the head of the pancreas. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was done on the clinical data of 19 cases of chronic pancreatitis with mass in the head of the pancreas. [Results] All the 19 cases underwent duodenectomy. The exploration showed that the mass was located in the head of the pancreas adhered with the surrounding tissues. The post- operation pathological study proved it to be chronic panereatitis. 2 eases suffered from pancreatic leakage after operation, others were found in good condition. [ Conclusion] Chronic panereatitis is considered as a precancerous lesion, and duodenectomy is a proper way for treatment.
