摘要
目的探讨腮腺多行性腺瘤保留功能性的切除在腮腺浅叶中的应用。方法选择位于腮腺浅叶的多行性腺瘤32例(2例双侧),另选30例作为对照组。在多行性腺溜瘤体包膜外0.5-1.0cm正常腮腺组织内,切除瘤体及腺体。比较术后并发症,复发率,面部畸形及残留腺体的功能。结果观察组较对照组并发症少,术后畸形小,残留腺体有功能,随访1-9年无复发。结论腮腺浅叶多行性腺瘤功能性切除较经典手术更有优越性。
Objective To discuss the application of functional resect in patients with superficial multiform adenoma of parotid glands. Methods Thirty （2 cases with bilateral） cases with superficial multiform adenoma of parotid glands were included in this study, and another 32 cases as control. The normal glands, which 0.5-1.0cm out off the adenoma, and tumor were resected simultaneously. The post-operative complication, recurrence rate, facial catface and function of remnant glands were compared between the observed group and the control group. Results The post-operative compilation and facial catface were less in the observed group than control group, and kept the function in remnant glands. No recurrence of the tumor detected during 1-9 years with follow-up. Conclusions The functional resection of superficial multiform adenoma of parotid glands is better than the classic operation.
