摘要
通过DEFORM3D软件模拟球形、锥形及圆柱形三种不同类型凸模结构下的筒体热翻孔过程,分析了筒体件热翻孔的变形特点,以及凸模结构对该成形的影响。研究得出球形结构的凸模可使翻孔过程平缓、均匀地发展,较利于翻孔成形。
The process of hole flanging on a thermal cylinder forging is simulated by DEFORM3D. and three cases of punch (spherical, conical and cylindrical ) are adopted in simulations. Forming characteristics of hole flanging and the punch' effects on deformation are researched. Then a conclusion is drawn: The spherical punch can make hole flanging process slow and equable, and is avail to deformation.
