摘要
循环经济是追求最大经济效益、较少的资源消耗、低环境污染的先进经济模式。本文结合金隆公司推进循环经济的生产实践,重点介绍了公司的清洁生产工艺、完善的污染防治设施和固废资源化综合利用等方面基本情况,初步形成了雏形循环经济模式,获得了清洁生产、保护环境、资源利用和经济效益四者统一的综合性成效;并就金隆公司今后如何在加快发展循环经济方面提出一些对策和措施。
Circulating economy is an advanced economic pattern, meaning pursuing the best economic effect with the least resource expenditure and the lowest environmental pollution. By now, the basic frame of circulating economy has formed in Jinlong Copper Co. Ltd., bringing the comparly with comprehensive achievement in clean production, environmental protection, resource utilization and economic effect. Based on the practice on promoting circulating economy in Jinlong Copper Co. Ltd., this paper stresses on the introduction of its clean production process, perfect establishment for preventing pollution, comprehensive utilization of waste resource, etc. Finally, this paper puts forward some stratagem and conomy in Jinlong Copper Co. Ltd. measures of hastening the development of circulating economy in Jinlong Copper Co. Ltd.
