摘要
管磨机在粉磨物料时,磨机衬板磨蚀很快,衬板的消耗量也很大。本文针对高锰钢衬板的损坏原因进行了分析,指出了锰钢材料作为衬板的不适应性,并对低碳低合金钢在管磨机上的试验使用情况作了介绍。生产实验表明,低碳低合金钢衬板的使用寿命可以达到高锰钢衬板的2倍以上,在一定程度上,低碳低合金钢可以取代高锰钢作为磨机衬板的材料。
The liner of tube mills is very easy to be abraded in the process of grinding. This results in large liner consumption. In this paper the abrasion reason of high-manganese steel liner is analyzed. The result indicates inapplicability of manganese steel to making liner. And meanwhile tests are conducted on mills with low alloy mild steel as its liner, showing that life of low alloy mild steel is twice as much as that of high manganese.As a conclusion,the paper suggests that low alloy mild steel be applicable to liner,and take the place of high manganese steel.
