摘要
压路机计算机集成制造系统的开发促进了三维CAD软件在工程机械设计中的实际应用,解决了利用计算机进行压路机设计中出现的“信息孤岛”问题,开发了基于Solid Edge平台的压路机计算机集成制造系统。本文主要介绍了系统的总体结构及组成、CAD/CAE/CAM/CAPP系统集成技术、可视化CAPP系统实现方案。
The Roller Computer Integrated Manufacturing System based on Solid Edge is developed in order to improve the application of 3D CAD in the design of and solve the problem of isolated information island when using the computer to design Roller. The gross structure and composition of system, CAD/CAE/CAM/CAPP integrated technology, realization plot and system application of visual CAPP is further introduced in detail.
