摘要
在催化剂和少量助溶剂的作用下,以双烯酮/聚醚(PTMG)为软段,甲苯二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段、N-甲基二乙醇胺为扩链剂合成了一系列自乳化PDMS/PU微乳液。研究了PTMG/PU中软硬段比例、溶剂、软段相对分子质量、扩链剂用量、AKD含量对乳液稳定性和施胶性的影响。结果表明,AKD-PU用量(对绝干料)0.2%,APAM用量为0.025%,且AKD/PU=2,硫酸二甲酯/PU=0.3,扩链剂/PU=0.3时,上述中性施胶剂对麦草浆有很好的施胶效果。
With the action of catalyst and a small quantity of solubilization agent, a series of self-emulsified PDMS/PU micro emulsion was synthesized with diketene/polyether(PTMG) as soft segment, toluene diisocyanate(IPDI) as hard segment and N - methyl diethanolamine as chain- expanding agent. The proportion of soft and hard segment in PTMG / PU, solvent, soft segment molecular weight, dosage of expandingchain agent and influence of AKD content to emulsion stability and sizability were studied. The results show that when AKD - PU dosage(to bond dry fiber)= 0.2%, APAM dosage = 0.025% and AKD / PU = 2, dimethyl sulfate / PU = 0.3, expanding-chain agent / PU = 0.3, the sizing effect of neutral sizing agent on wheat straw pulp was satisfactory.
