摘要
在碱回收生产过程中,惰性积累已成为一个不可忽视的重要问题,它会引起诸如:结垢、积灰、降低白泥的过滤性能和产生木素沉析等问题。这些惰性物质包括:硅、钙、氯和钾等元素,其对生产的影响是显而易见的。通过过程除硅、有效降低黑液中的氯含量、降低过灰量等措施可有效降低生产过程中的惰性积累。
The accumulation of inert deposit in the alkali recovery is becoming an important problem which can result in the problems such scaling, soot formation, decrease in the filtering quality of white slime and the settling of lignin. The inert deposits include silicon, calcium, Cl and K and their influence on production is obvious. The accumulation of inert deposits can be effectively decreased by such measures as removing silica, decreasing Cl content in black liquor and decreasing dosage of lime.
