摘要
实验研究了碳钢诱导下的普通硬质塑料化学镀Ni-P合金的操作方法、工艺条件及各种因素对普通硬质塑料镀层的影响,结果表明,在碳钢诱导下的镀层,生长的金属晶粒细小,晶粒之间结合紧密,质量较好,与硬质塑料基体的结合强度较高,结合强度可以达到18.9N/mm2。
The operating methods, the process and the influence factors on Ni-P alloy by chemical plating on surface of ordinary hard plastics based on inducement of carbon steel are studied. The result indicates that film quality based on inducement of carbon steel is better, combination intension of film and hard plastics is higher.
