摘要
目的研究曲克芦丁的镇痛作用。方法采用醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应和小鼠热板法。结果0.30g/kg和0.60g/kg剂量的曲克芦丁可明显减少醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应次数,延长扭体反应潜伏期,高剂量显著降低扭体发生率;但0.15-0.60g/kg剂量不能提高热板法模型中小鼠痛阈。结论曲克芦丁具有一定的镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of Troxerutin (TRO). Methods Analgesic effect was studied using experimental pain models induced by acetic acid and hot plate in mice. Results The frequency of wringing reaction induced by acetic acid was significantly decreased and the latent period was prolonged when TRO was administered (0.30 and 0.60 g/kg). The incidence rate of wringing reaction was also reduced at the dose of 0.60 g/kg. Where the latent period in hot plate test wasn't prolonged when TRO was administered at the doses of 0.15 g/kg to 0.60 g/kg. Conclusion TRO possesses significant analgesic action.
