摘要
介绍了弯管机弯管半径及长度为可调参数的新方法,利用可编程控制器(PLC)的自动控制和逻辑运算的优点,直接在人机界面上操作PLC的程序及参数,达到灵活控制设备运行的目的,并使设备操作更方便,更富有人性化。
In this paper, we introduced a new method for making the bending radius and bending length of pipe bender become adjustable parameter. Through making use of the function of PLC such as automatic control, Boolean calculation, and using human-machine interface, we can change procedure and parameter and operate directly on the human-machine interface, so that it can be controlled flexibly and make the operation of the equipment more convenient and more humanity.
