Traffic, environment and residence are the difficult problems which should be mainly solved for continuous development of the city and the traffic is the key problem. The traffic affection for city distribution and environment should be known from city continuous development. In terms of city traffic and continuous development, the author talked about his view and proposed some suggestions.
