氮肥运筹对太湖麦区弱筋小麦宁麦9号产量与品质的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Applying Methods on Yield and Quality of Ningmai 9 in Taihu Region

为给弱筋小麦高产优质栽培措施的选择提供依据,以宁麦9号为材料,研究了施氮量及不同基追比对弱筋小麦产量与品质的影响.结果表明:(1)在基追比例为5:5、施氮量为168.75～225 kg/hm2时,小麦产量较高,蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量达到国家弱筋小麦标准;(2)在总施氮量为225 kg/hm2条件下,基追比为6:4时,小麦产量相对较高,蛋白质和湿面筋含量达到国家弱筋小麦标准.

Effects of nitrogen applying amount and the ratio of basal N to topdressing N on grain yield and quality in Ningmai 9 （weak-gluten wheat） were studied from 2002 to 2003. The results showed that by the methods of total applying N amount of 168.75～225 kg/hm^2 under the ratio of basal N to topdressing N （5 ： 5）, protein content and wet gluten content could reach the national standard and the grain yield were relatively high, it is as the same by the methods of the ratio of basal N to topdressing N of 6 ： 4 under the same total N amount 225 kg/hm^2.
