摘要
为了探索解决江苏沿海防护林、用材林和城镇、公路、渠堤绿化林树种单一问题的途径,进行了中山杉(Taxodium‘Zhongshansa302’)扦插繁殖育苗试验。选择抗逆性强、性状优良的中山杉302树种的1~2年生枝条,利用草木灰+菜园土为扦插基质,0.5mg/lNAA+0.5mg/lIAA为生根促进剂,通过“三重保温”育苗技术,扦插生根率达67%以上,平均苗高为50.3cm左右。结果表明,该树种的扦插育苗在盐城这样的生境中是可行的。
The cutting experiment of Taxodium ‘ Zhongshansa 302’ was carried out in order to explore the solution to the single tree species in the coastal protective forests, timber forests, and the greening forests for countys, highways and dykes irr Jiangsu Province. The 1 - 2 - year - old branches of Taxodium ‘ Zhongshansa 302 ’ with higher resistance and superior characters were used as experimental materials, plant ash + garden soil as cutting medium, and 0.5 mg/L NAA + 0.5 mg/L IAA as rhizogenic accelerant. Result showed that the rooting rate reached 67% and average seedling height was up to 50.3 cm by applying the cultivating technique of “keeping warm for three layers”. It proves that the cutting and cultivation of Taxodium ‘Zhongshansa 302’ are applicable in those areas where have the similar climate conditions with Yancheng.
