接种根瘤菌对直杆型大叶相思幼苗生长及土壤营养元素含量的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Rhizobia Inoculation on the Growth of Straight-stem Acacia auriculaeformis Seedlings and the Contents of Soil Nutritive Elements

摘要 为了探讨在室外条件下,接种根瘤菌对苗木生长的影响,为下一步的大田造林提供科学依据,以6株根瘤菌接种直杆型大叶相思幼苗。结果表明:接种根瘤菌对相思苗木的生长有显著的促进作用。6个月后,接种不同根瘤菌的直杆型大叶相思幼苗与不接菌的对照相比,株高生长量增加1.1%~44.8%(除直6菌株),地径生长量增加6.8%~26.2%,总生物量增加10.6%~104.3%,根瘤鲜质量增加18.8%~420.8%,固氮酶活性增加28.6%~106.1%,叶片含氮量增加0.5%~5.3%(除直2菌株)。同时,根瘤菌接种对土壤中全氮、有效磷、速效钾元素含量的影响明显。 The growth response of straight - stem Acacia auriculaeformis seedlings inoculated with six strains of rhizobia was investigated in terms of container nursery in order to obtain a scientific basis for field afforestation. Results showed that Rhizobium inoculation significantly improved the growth of seedlings. Six months after inoculation, the height growth and basal - diameter growth of seedlings increased by 1.1% - 44.8% ( except those inoculated with No. 6 strain) and 6.8% - 26.2% respectively compared with the control. Total biomass, nodule biomass and nitrogenase activities increased by 10.6% - 104.3% , 18.8% - 420.8% and 28.6% - 106.1% , respectively. Apart from those seedlings inoculated No. 2 strain, the N contents in leaves increased by 0.5% - 5.3%. In the meantime, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and effective potassium in soil changed obviously due to the inoculation of rhizobia.
