摘要
为了在道路交通工程中利用二氧化钛光催化材料降解汽车尾气中NOX、CO2、O2、CO、HC有害气体,根据二氧化钛光催化机理和特性,研究确定了对光催化材料的测试方法,设计了测试系统的硬件和软件系统。利用该测试系统对二氧化钛光催化降解材料的实测表明:测试系统设计方案合理,运行稳定、可靠,既可满足对二氧化钛光催化降解材料的测试,又可对汽车尾气进行实时检测。
In the road traffic engineering, photocatalytic material TiO2 was used to degrade harmfid automobile emission, such as NOx, CO2 , O2 , CO and HC. A testing method for photocatalytic materials was confirmed and the software and hardware of a testing system was designed according to the characteristics of TiO2. Through actual testing, it is indicated that the designed project of the testing system is reasonable, and it runs reliably and steadily, which not only can measure automobile emission time by time, but can meet the need of test on TiO2.
