摘要
选用膨胀体积为150、250、350mL/g的膨胀石墨和活性炭为吸附剂,以汽油、煤油、柴油、真空泵油和汽机油为吸附质,采用重量法测定了吸附剂对吸附质的吸附性能,实验结果表明:膨胀体积为350mL/g的膨胀石墨对吸附质的吸附量分别为40、47、52、64、70g,活性炭的吸附量分别为3.02、3.04、3.08、3.1、3.4g;膨胀石墨的滞留吸附量分别减少至8、10、17、24、30g,活性炭的滞留吸附量变化不大。对比了不同膨胀体积的膨胀石墨和活性炭对吸附质的吸附性能,膨胀体积越大,吸附量越大。用SEM和TEM对膨胀石墨的形貌进行了表征,探讨了吸附和滞留吸附的机理。
The expanded graphite and activated carbon are used as adsorbents. The volumes of the expanded graphite are 150,250,350 mL/g. The adsorbates are gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, vacuum pump and petrolia oil. The adsorptive amount and the residual absorbance are measured by weight. For the expanded graphite with expandable volume of 350 mL/g, the adsorptive amount is 40,47,52,64 and 70 g, respectively. The adsorptive amount of activated carbon is 3.02,3.04,3.08,3.1 and 3.4 g. The residual amount of the expanded graphite decreases to 8,10,17,24 and 30 g, the activated carbon changes little. The expanded graphites with different expandable volumes are compared with the activated carbon on the adsorptive properties. SEM and TEM are used to evidence the appearance of the expanded graphites. The adsorptive and residual adsorptive mechanisms are studied.
