摘要
利用气液交替循环装置,在40~60°C、9.7~16.2MPa范围内等温、等压和等密度条件下分别测定了大豆油脱臭馏出物预处理产物在超临界CO2中的高压相平衡,并比较了不同类型植物油脂在超临界CO2中的溶解度。结果表明:大豆油脱臭馏出物经甲酯化和甲醇解处理后,溶解度将进一步加大。最后运用BP神经网络模型对溶解度实验数据进行了关联和预测,结果令人满意。
A gas-liquid circulation apparatus is employed to determine the high pressure phase equilibrium data for deodorized soybean oil in supercritical CO2 under isothermal, isobaric and isochoric conditions at the pressure range of 9.7 - 16.2 MPa and the temperature range of 40- 60℃. The solubilities of different plant oils in supercritical CO2 are compared. The results show that the solubility of deodorized soybean oil in supercritical CO2 is increased after esterification and alcoholysis. Finally the back-propagation artificial neural network (BPANN) is employed to calculate and correlate the solubility experiment data, and the results are satisfactory.
