摘要
通过对壳聚糖进行二次改性,分别合成了α-酮戊二酸缩壳聚糖(KCTS)和羟胺α-酮戊二酸缩聚壳糖(HKCTS)。改性后的壳聚糖与铁离子交联制得KCTSFeT、HKCTSFeT两种微囊,经过对两种微囊的缓释性能检测,均具有明显的缓释效果。且经比较发现HKCTSFeT具有比KCTSFeT更好的口服茶碱药物缓释性能和更高的药物安全性。
Chitosan α-ketoglutaric acid(KCTS)and hydroxamated chitosan α-ketoglutaric acid (HKCTS) were prepared. The polymeric beads of KCTS-Fe-T and HKCTS-Fe-T loading with toral theophylline medicine were prpared by iron( Ⅲ ) crosslinking. The two beads meet the requirements of medicine standard. Their drug-sustain is good, and there are no sideeffects. Comparing the two polymeric matrices, the properties of sustained releasing and safety in medical applying of HKCTS-Fe-T are superior to those of KCTS-Fe-T.
