便利店作为一种新兴业态,在中国市场发展迅猛,但是在高速发展背后隐含的却是严重亏损。中国市场便利店的发展,需从便利店发展时机、选址与目标顾客选择、运营质量提高、特色营造以及服务提供等方面考虑。
Convenience store is a new retail format that has growing rapidly in China recent years, but most of convenience stores are developing under low performance. The development of Chinese convenience store should consider the following aspects, which are the timing choice, location and target groups, operational quality, characteristics shaping as well as service providing.
