在高校目前的收费管理中,存在学生拖欠学费现象严重,收费管理体系不完善,相关业务部门不健全,收费管理制度执行不力,收费方式单一、滞后等问题。家庭收入与教育支出差距较大,是学生拖欠学费的主要原因;认识不到位,领导不重视,经验待总结是学校管理方面的原因。要改变这种被动局面,就要认识到位、领导重视,在加强与改善高校收费管理工作上下功夫。

The problems concerning the tuition management at Chinese colleges include the delaying of payment by the students, the poor management systems and functions. The poverty of the students is the main cause, while an incorrect understanding of this by the students, ignorance of the leaders and lack of experience are the causes of the school. An improvement in these aspects will help solve such problems.
