对云南省高等院校图书馆女职工自然状况和技能作调研统计分析,找出高校图书馆女职工在技能方面存在的问题,针对问题提出相应的措施,改变高校图书馆女职工的技能。建立提高女职工技能的激励机制及其对策,研究提高高校图书馆的整体水平,以便更好地为高校教学科研服务。

Through a statistical analysis of the situations and skills and qualities of the female librarians at Yunnan colleges, the author points out the existing problems and brings up five counter - measures to stimulate and improve their skills and qualities in order to improve the service level of Yunnan college libraries.
