运用灰色动态GM模型,结合物流企业实例,根据历史出库量数据对基于库存控制的市场需求量进行灰色建模、预测和检验.实验结果显示预测量曲线与实际出库量曲线拟合程度很高,证实了在有效辅助库存控制管理的需求量预测中运用灰色预测模型和方法的可行性和优越性.

Stock can adjust production and consumption in the logistics. It maintained the valid functions of every activity. Stock control managed to low the stock cost and improved the efficiency of the logistics system so to promote the competitive ability of enterprises. One of the key problems in stock control was the prediction of the demand. This article used the grey model to predict the market demand based on the historical data. The results showed that the application of grey model in prediction can assist stock control management effectively and lower the stock cost considerably.
