摘要
考察了用微等离子体氧化法制备的TiO2催化剂在不同条件下降解甲基橙的光催化活性,发现曝气、增加pH、加入Fe3+、Fe2+、联合超声作用等都可使活性极大提高.结果表明,在UV-TiO2-Fe2+和UV-TiO2-Fe3+体系中有光助Fenton效应,光-声联合催化反应中有光声协同效应,强化传质明显提高催化剂活性.研究表明,该法在TiO2光催化剂制备上有广阔发展前景.
The photo-catalysis of TiO2 prepared by micro plasma oxidation method on methyl orange decomposition under different conditions has been examined. It was found that aerating, increased pH, additive Fe^3+ or Fe^2+ and the combination of ultrasonic(US) can improve the catalysis significantly. The results show that there is photo-assisted Fenton effect in the systems of UV - TiO2 - Fe^2+ and UV - TiO2 - Fe^3+ , synergetic effect of UV/US in the UV - US - TiO2 system, and that the intensification of materials transfer can improve catalysis significantly. The study proves that micro plasma oxidation method has good prospects in the preparation of TiO2 photo-catalyzer.
