摘要 研究了差分吸收式光谱吸收型光纤气体传感器.基于NO2的光谱吸收特性,设计了一种检测NO2浓度的光纤传感系统,以LED作为光源,采用双波长差分检测技术,有效消除了由光源、光纤和传感头的不稳定所引起的检测误差,提高了检测灵敏度,大大增加了该传感器的适用性. An easy realizable spectrum absorption type optic fiber gas sensor was studied and discussed. On the principles of nitrogen dioxide light molecules absorption spectra, an optical fiber gas sensor was designed to the pollution of enviroment. We used LED as source. Two wavelength differential absorption measurement were used to eliminate the interference owing to various disturbances, such as light power, optical fibre, sensor head changing, thus the sensitivity and applicability were improved greatly.
