摘要
依法竞争是企业发展的必然趋势。目前,我国企业法制化程度不高,不规范竞争普遍,竞争力比较脆弱。文章意在强化企业的法律治理,构建法治竞争力,从而使企业走可持续发展的道路。
The competition abiding by laws is an inexorable trend of enterprise＇s development. At present, enterprise＇s legal degree of our Country is not high,the substandard competition is quite general,and the competitiveness is more fragile. The article strengthens law of enterprise control, structure the competitiveness governed by law, thus make enterprises take the road to sustainable development.
