摘要
目的观察冠心病并糖尿病患者冠状动脉介入术前后氧化和抗氧化指标变化情况。方法选择32例冠心病患者(A组)及24例冠心病合并非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病患者(B组)行冠状动脉介入术,分别在术前及术后20min、24h、7d测定丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并动态随访介入治疗后冠状动脉病变再狭窄情况。结果术后两组患者MDA、SOD水平均较术前有明显的变化,但B组变化更明显,至术后第7天A组基本恢复至术前水平,但B组仍有明显变化。结论冠心病患者介入治疗后出现氧化和抗氧化指标的变化,这种变化在合并糖尿病的患者更为明显。
Objective To observe the changes of oxidization and antioxidization indices in coronary artery disease patients (CAD) complicated with diabetes mellitus ( DM ) undergoing coronary artery intervention. Methods 32 cases with CAD (group A) and 24 cases with CAD and noninsnlin-dependent diabetes mellitus (N1DDM) (group B) were chosen to undergo coronary artery intervention,in which the malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured before and 20 minutes,24 hours,and 7 days after operation. The patients were followed up for the restenosis of the coronary arteries after operation. Results There were significant changes of SOD and MDA in both groups after operation,but the changes were even more obvious in group B. It was on the 7th day that there were still changes in group B, whereas the charlges were prone to the preoperational levels in group A. Conclusion There are significant changes of oxidization and antioxidizatio,l indices in coronary artery disease patients after operation,and the changes are even more obvious in the patients complicated with DM.
