糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1的变化 被引量:3

Changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1 levels in patients of diabetes with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的观察糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)含量的变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定31例单纯脑梗死患者及32例糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清中的sICAM-1的含量并进行比较。结果单纯脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1含量于发病24h内即升高,以后持续上升,7d时达高峰,14d后明显下降,21d时基本恢复正常。糖尿病并脑梗死患者也有类似的规律,但与单纯脑梗死组患者相比,发病24h、3d、7d时两者差异有显著性(P<0.01),于发病14d时差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1含量增加且比单纯脑梗死患者增加更显著,糖尿病患者脑缺血后更易导致脑损伤。 Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1 (sICAM-1) in patients of diabetes with cerebral infarction. Methods The serum levels of sICAM-1 were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 31 cases simply with cerebral infarction and 32 cases with cerebral infarction and diabetes. Results Both levels of serum sICAM-1 in cases with cerebral infarction and in cases of diabetes with cerebral infarction were increased fi'om 24 hours to 7 days,decreased from 7 days to 14 days and returned to normal on the 21 th day after onset. But the levels of serum sICAM-1 were significantly higher in cases of diabetes with cerebral infarction than those in cases with cerebral infarction on the 24 hour,3rd day and 7th day ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and were higher in cases of diabetes with cerebral infarction than those in cases simply with cerebral infarction on the 14th day (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of serum slCAM-1 in cases of diabetes with cerebral infarction is increased significantly as compared with that of cases simply with cerebral infarction. The patients with diabetes would get brain damage more easily after cerebral ischemia.
