摘要
提出了一种描述板料与模具接触问题的解决方法,对板料粗糙表面进行了测量和分析,得到了分形维数。根据分形几何理论和接触力学理论,建立了板料与模具接触的接触面积与接触力、摩擦系数之间关系模型,进而建立了接触面积、接触力、摩擦系数与冲压力之间的关系。
This paper brought forward a new solution, which described the contact problem between sheet metal and die. First, the profiles of sheet metal surfaces were obtained by contact profiler, and the datum were studied. Fractal dimension was got. Second, according to the theory of fractal geometry and contact mechanics, the fractal model for the contact area and contact force and friction coefficient when sheet metal contact with die were given. The models for resistance and friction coefficient and punching forces are given during sheet metal forging.
