多态无轴藓(Archidium ochioense)孢子形态及孢壁结构

Studies on spore morphology and ultrastructure of Archidium ochioense

无轴藓科(Archidiaceae)我国目前仅记录有一种多态无轴藓(Archidium ochioense),作者首次利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对该种孢子进行研究,本科植物孢子较大,具明显的近极薄壁区,孢子内壁厚,分层,与其他藓类植物有明显不同.

In Arehidiaceae, only one species Archidium ochioense is recorded in China. Spore morphology and ultrastructure of this species were studied by scanning electronic microscope （SEM） and transmission electronic microscope （TEM） for the first time. Spore was different form others obviously, which was big and katalept, intine was thick and appeared as zonal with light stripe between dark ones. At the comer of spore, the intine thickened more obviously. From the features of spore, Arehidiaceae was in the relatively original level.
