摘要
扁平绕带式压力容器具有许多优点,特别是具有自我抑爆抗爆特性。对此种容器进行动力响应分析是工程应用的急需。本文对“短”扁平绕带式压力容器受径向矩形脉冲内压作用的刚塑性动力响应进行了分析,给出了结构在中载和高载作用下的变形模态,得到了它的极限压力、响应时间和残余位移的表达式。通过算例与整体式压力容器进行了分析比较,发现当绕带压力容器受到较高载荷时,表现出优良的动力学特性。
Pressure vessels with flat-wound ribbons have many excellent advantages, especially the self- explosive-restrained and self-explosive-resisted capacity. It is necessary for engineering to analyze the dynamic response. The dynamic response of short multi-walled pressure vessel with flat-wound ribbons is analyzed, in which internal axisymmetric loading with a rectangular pressure-time history is applied. The models of plastic deformation are given under middle loading and high loading, respectively. The formulas of the limit pressure, response time and residual displacement of the vessel are obtained. The vessel is compared with the monolithic cylindrical pressure vessel, it is revealed that if pressure is beyond a certain level, the pressure vessels with flat-wound ribbons demonstrate a more excellent dynamic characters.
