金钱通淋口服液不同预处理方法及对膜分离效果的影响

Different pretreating methods of Jinqian Tonglin Oral Liquid and effects on membrane separation

目的探讨金钱通淋口服液不同预处理方法及对膜分离效果的影响。方法采用初步试验、正交设计试验,以与总黄酮相关的各种指标考察各种不同的预处理方法的效果及它们对膜分离效果的影响。结果高速离心后直接进行膜分离总黄酮保留率最高,而ZTC1+1Ⅳ型絮凝后高速离心膜通量最大、运行时间最短。结论高速离心及ZTC1+1Ⅳ型絮凝后高速离心是金钱通淋口服液膜分离工艺中较好的两种预处理方法。

AIM ： To evaluate the different pretreating methods of Jinqian Tonglin Oral liquid （ Herba Lysimachiae Spora Lygodii, etc） and their effects on membrane separation. METHODS： Based on the index related to the total flavonoids reserved in liquid, different pretreating methods of Jinqian Tonglin Oral Liquid and their effects on membrane separation were investigated by primary experiments and orthogonal test. RESULTS： The reservation of the total flavonoids was best by means of direct high-speed centrifugation, and the membrane flux was the greatest by the help of ZTC1＋1 Ⅳ pretreation associated with high-speed centrifugation among pretreating methods. CONCLUSION： Direct high-speed centrifugation and combination of high-speed centrifugation and ZTC 1＋1 Ⅳ were more prefect pretreation methods in preparation of Jinqian Tonglin oral liquid before membrane separation.
