谈新世纪本科层次小学师资的博雅教育 被引量:1

The Liberal Arts Education for the Undergraduates Trained to Teach in Primary Schools

摘要 本科制小学教育师资培养既应符合素质教育的要求,还要开拓出新学制的蹊径。小学教师要具有实实在在的本科水准,这正是新型小教师资的专业化特色。作为对策,我们提出在三元并举的课程设置的前提下,突出通识课的作用,使学生具备小学教育特别需要的综合素质与优雅品性。这一培养目标及策略可以概括为一点:就是以“博雅”为手段塑造“审美的人”。 To train the undergraduates to be qualified to teach in primary schools not only aims in keeping with the demands of the moral education but in exploring new educational system. For the later, two problems need to be solved: a real primary teacher and a real undergraduate, which should be the typical characters for the new type of professional primary school teachers. In order to achieve the aim we put forward a suggestion that, on the promise that there has been a “three in one” curriculum, the function of general courses should be stressed. It would help the students be imbued with high qualities and elegant moral characters. From those training aims and tactics, one conclusion can be generalized. Learned Education is a way to cultivate “a person with aesthetic judgment”.
