摘要
教书育人是学校的根本任务,学科德育是教书育人的本质反映。学科德育,它有利于教师对其在学校德育主渠道地位的认识,有利于广大教育工作者对教书育人这一教育本质和师德核心的认识,从而自觉地履行育人的职责;有利于真正实现应试教育向素质教育的转轨。
Educating students is the essential task of a school. Moral education, especially that through subject teaching, is a vital embodiment of this task. Though subject teaching should have served actively in this regard, it hasn't fully fulfilled its functions in moral education due to the fact that subject learning takes up much of students' time and energy in primary and middle schools and plays an important part in students' life. Teachers should be well aware of the significance of moral education and that it's the teacher's foremost duty to cultivate morality in students' minds and behaviors. Teachers should also make good use of subject teaching to apply moral education. Such notions and acts will surely drive the shift from exam-orientated education to quality-cultivation education.
