摘要
综合考虑影响渔船海上航行安全的人为因素、船舶因素和环境因素,建立了对渔船航行安全进行评价的指标体系,运用模糊集理论建立了渔船航行安全的综合评价模型,并运用该模型对人、船、环境系统的安全进行了综合评价,评价结果与实际情况基本相符。
An evaluation index system of fishing vessel＇s sailing safety is established by comprehensively considering personal, vessel and environmental factors that affect safety. And a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established using the fuzzy set theory is applied to assess the safety of a trawling vessel. The results of which basically tally with the reality.
