摘要
对循环流化床锅炉结构、工作过程及燃烧过程进行了分析,介绍了其燃烧过程的控制策略,特别分析了影响床温的主要因素,设计了床层温度控制器,给出了在该控制器下实际动态品质及参数优化结果,证明该控制器在现场的可行性。
Based on the study on the structure of the CFB boiler, working process and combustion process, the control strategy of its combustion process is suggested. The major factors of the bed temperature are analyzed. The controller is designed. The control quality and optimization results are presented. The results prove that this controller is feasible.
