中西医结合治疗成人肱骨干骨折41例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗成人肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法:将64例肱骨干骨折患者随机分为2组。对照组23例单纯采用肱骨交锁钉内固定法治疗;治疗组41例采用中西医结合治疗,在肱骨交锁钉内固定术后,用中药汤剂四生汤(处方:生大黄、生南星、生草乌、生川乌、威灵仙、宽筋藤、透骨草、木瓜)熏洗。结果:2组患者均在术后3~7月经X线摄片确定为骨折愈合,愈合时间平均为4月。治疗组优26例,良12例,可2例,差1例;对照组优7例,良11例,可3例,差2例。2组临床疗效比较,经Ridit分析,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:肱骨交锁钉具有固定牢靠、手术创伤少、功能恢复快等优点,术后配合中药四生汤熏洗,可促进骨折愈合,并有利于肩关节功能恢复。
