摘要 抗战时期国民政府的食盐生产政策有着明显的变化:由过去的限产到尽量产制;由注重海盐到注重井盐与池盐;硝土盐由主禁到放开等等。对生产过程的管理也越来越直接。战时的食盐生产显然较战前复杂得多。从结果上分析,国民政府食盐生产政策收到了实效,基本保证了国课民食。 The common salt production policy of the Public of China showed distinct change in the period of Anti -Japanese War. Its chang was from limit production to the best of its ablities and from paying attention to sea salt to well salt and pond salt. Limit of saltpeter was unloosened. Administration of production process was also more diret. The state of salt production was more compex comparing with war before. From the resuit, common salt production policy received actual effect and it basically guaranteed national tax and civilian's need.
