Research Progress in Treatment of Coronary No-Reflow Phenomenon

摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者再通治疗时,无复流现象的发生严重影响了再通治疗的成功率。因此,改善心肌微循环再灌注,减少无复流现象的发生率成为当今治疗AMI的新热点。现对无复流现象的机制及各种改善心肌微循环治疗的研究进展及存在问题作一综述。 During the reperfusion therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction, the incidence of no-reflow phenomenon badly influences the successful rate of reperfusion therapy. Therefore,it becomes one of new research hotspots of the treament of acute myocardial infarction at present to improve microcirculation reperfusion and reduce no-reflow phenomenon. The mechanism of no-reflow phenomenon,the progress in varions therapies of improving microcirculation,and existent problems are reviewed.
