Combined with highway engineering in Hunan province, it introduces design principle on water-proof and drainage from construction of drain pipe/water-seal and EVA compound repelling board, construction technology of water-proof and drainage are illustrated, it ensures normal application of structure ＆ equipment and safety travel.
