抗肿瘤特异性转移因子诱导LAK细胞毒活性及在小鼠体内抗瘤作用的研究

STUDY ON LAK CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY INDUCED BY ANTI TUMOR SPECIFIC TRANSFER FACTOR AND ITS ANTINEOPLASTIC EFFECTS IN VIVO

用肿瘤细胞免疫山羊，取脾经匀浆透析法制备抗肿瘤特异性转移因子（Ｓ～ＴＦ），并观察了Ｓ～ＴＦ在体内外对淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞（ＬＡＫ）细胞活性及ＬＡＫ细胞特异细胞毒作用及对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。结果显示，Ｓ－ＴＦ在体内外均能显著增加荷瘤宿主的ＬＡＫ活性及ＬＡＫ特异细胞毒作用，早期单独应用可明显延长荷瘤小鼠生存期，与ＬＡＫ／ＩＬ－２联合应用可明显地延长荷瘤小鼠生存期，并可治愈部分荷瘤小鼠（３／１０），其治疗效果明显优于ＬＡＫ／ＩＬ－２，原因可能是Ｓ－ＴＦ能诱导ＬＡＫ细胞为ＴＩＬ样细胞，明显增加ＬＡＫ细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。提示Ｓ－ＴＦ能有效地提高ＬＡＫ／ＩＬ－２过继治疗效果。

Anti tumor specific transfer factor (S TF) was extracted by means of disruption dialysis from goats immunized with tumor cells suspension. Its effects on LAK activity and LAK specific cytotoxicity to tumor cells both in vivo and in vitro as well as the survival time of mice bearing S180 cells were observed. The results showed that S TF could significantly enhance the LAK activity and LAK specific cytotoxicity to tumor cells of tumor host both in vivo and in vitro . It could significantly prolong the survival time and cure some of the mice by S TF alone. Its curative effect was much better when it was used in combination with LAK/IL 2. The reason may be that S TF can induce LAK cells into cells like TIL, and increase very markedly the LAK cytotoxicity to tumor cells.It suggests that S TF can increase the value of LAK/IL 2 in immunotherapy of tumor.
