摘要
放大器的非线性现象是影响射频/微波通信电路系统性能的重要因素。通过对放大器特别是功率放大器(它工作在1dB压缩点附近,会带来严重的非线性)非线性现象的分析,介绍和比较了分析放大器非线性特性的较成熟的四种方法:幂级数法、Volterra级数法、谐波平衡法、神经网络法,指出了每种方法的适用条件和环境,对工程实践设计高线性放大器特别是线性功率放大器和EDA仿真软件选用方法提供一定的指导和参考。
Amplifier's nonlinear phenomenon is the significant factor that effects the performance of radio & microwave communications system. In this paper, nonlinear character of the amplifier is described. Especially for the power amplifiers working at output power ldB, they usually have severe nonlinearity. Four analysis methods of amplifiers nonlinearity: power series, Volterrsa series, harmonious balance, neural network are compared, and the using conditions of each method are given. This can provide guidance for designing and analyzing a high linearity radio & microwave amplifier especially a linear power amplifier. This also can supply reference to EDA simulation software selection.
