摘要
主要对酶解蛋白制备活性肽和活性肽的分离与检测分析进行了阐述,由于活性肽的独特生理功能,在保健食品和饲料工业有着广泛的应用。
In this paper, preparation of active peptide by hydrolysis of enzyme and separation and inspection of active peptide. Due to its physiologic function particularly, active peptides are widely applied in the fields of health food and feeds.
