摘要
心理契约是教师和高校关系的重要组成部分,是联系高校和教师的心理纽带。文章借助心理契约的基本理论,分析了在高校教师资源管理中构建心理契约的重要性,并结合当前形势讨论了影响构建高校与教师间心理契约的影响因素,从而探讨性地提出了高校教师资源管理中构建心理契约的策略。
The psychological contract, which is an important part of the relationship between a university and its faculty, is a psychological link connecting with each other, This paper presents an analysis of the importance of the psychological contract in a university's management of its faculty with relative theory, It also discusses factors which will effect its construction under the present conditions.
