摘要
在空气气氛中,采用低共熔混合物LiNO3-LiOH为锂盐,制备出了锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.8Co0.2O2.XRD分析表明:此工艺制得的正极材料具有完整的层状结构.电性能测试表明:在0.5 mA/cm2的充放电电流密度和2.7~4.2 V的电压范围内,LiNi0.8Co0.2O2首次放电比容量为145.2 mA·h/g,充放电库仑效率为83.8%;循环20次后,放电比容量为124.8 mA·h/g.该方法能制备出电化学性能良好的LiNi0.8Co0.2O2正极材料.
In air atmosphere, using eutectic mixture of LiNO3-LiOH as lithium salt to prepare cathode materials LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 for lithium ion battery. XRD results showed the prepared cathode materials had perfect layer structure. Electrochemical property tests testified that for charge-discharge current density of 0.5mA/cm^2 and voltage of 2.7 V and 4.2 V, the initial discharge specific capacity of prepared LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 was 145.2 mA·h/g and the coulomb efficiency was 83.8%. The discharge specific capacity remains 124.8 mA. h/g after the 20th cycles, indicating cathode material LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 with good electrochemical property can be prepared by this technology.
